Shfflr not only automatically organises your club members before and during Events & Sessions...but, because it shuffles and mixes them up during Events & Sessions, it also helps them to socialise during as well as after these Events & Sessions.
This is done through our (Club Player) Parameters & Sub-Parameters (player tags) to mix them up by Ability and Gender.

Unique Smart Shuffling Alogorithm
Shfflr's main magic ingredient is its ability to automatically shuffle (shffl) players for every Session, in real time, so they play with and get to know lots of other club members, using our unique Parameter & Sub-Parameter (tagging) system.
When organising Sessions, organisers use our Player Parameters & Sub-Parameters (tags for each player that the players can choose and the organisers can edit, too) to mix them up by:
Parameter: Ability
Sub-Parameters: Beginner, Average, Good or Mixed (all mixed together)
Parameter: Gender
Sub-Parameters: Male, Female or Mixed (both mixed together)
Then, before each new game, Shfflr asks each player (via our mobile app) to confirm they're playing on, and then shuffles them for you using your whichever Parameters and Sub-Parameters you've chosen for that Session.
Fully Automated Smart Event Organisation
You can create, in advance, Events & Sessions, and, for each Session, set the maximum number of participants, the number of teams, the team sizes (2+ people), game times & durations, and set whether Events are free or have a fee (you set the amount which club members have to pay to confirm their participation in the Event).
You also set which Playing Locations (pitches/courts/pools/etc) you want to be available for specific Sessions. And then Shfflr takes care of all this for you on the day of the Event.
Simple & Open Set Pricing. No Hidden Fees.
Our set subscription pricing is open, simple and honest - and the same for every club. There really are no hidden fees for using our app! Because we're not a fan of those claiming that their app is "free"...when, in reality, it is not. They may have no subscription cost, but there are various other charges, like for card payment transactions. They may, initially, sound like a small amount. But, very soon, they add up.
For instance, if 100 club members pay just £1 for an Event or Events, with a Stripe (payment processor) fee of £0.20 per transaction + a card fee of 2.5% per transaction (this is typical), this will cost you £22.50. And that's just one set of monthly transactions. Much more than the cost of our Monthly subscription! Also, those sorts of costs to you vary all the time, meaning you never know what the supposedly "free' app is going to cost you month to month.
With Shfflr, you know exactly what your monthly cost is - no matter how many Events and payment transactions (for which you pay Stripe fees, meaning you have greater control and visibility over these costs) you have.
Easy & Quick Event & Session Booking
Club members access and use a FREE mobile version of the Shfflr app so they can book the Events & Sessions you create when you're ready to publish them in advance.
And, if an Event is fully subscribed, they automatically go on a waiting list that notifies them if and when a place becomes free.
Real Time Audible Notifications
No staff member or organiser now has to blow a whistle, sound a hooter, ring a bell, or even shout, every time they want to communicate with Event participants across a series of Playing Locations - places that may be spread out over a considerable area in which you have to physically get around to tell everyone.
For instance, imagine having to tell 40 people across 10 tennis courts to end their game and then where to play next (that's if they're still playing - some of whom won't be and also might not tell you), who they're playing with and against. Not easy!
But, Shfflr does all this for you with audible in-app notifications for all participants every time a Session is starting in 5 minutes, then has started, is ending in 5 minutes and has then ended. It also asks them to confirm their participation or non-participation for the next Session. And if they confirm their continued participation, our app then tells them their next Playing Location and who they're playing with and against. And you don't have to be there to do this.
Instant Organiser & Member Messaging
Organisers can message all club members and individuals as well as those who've signed up for a specific Event if you need to notify just those people who've registered for an Event, for instance, about a change in timings, etc.
Members can also message other club members to foster and nourish your club's sense of community.

Step 1: Organise Once and Let Shfflr Handle Everything From There
Set-up events in advance with player Parameters & Sub-Parameters (Ability & Gender) to shuffle players accordingly for each Session (game) so they get to play with and know other club members. Shfflr takes over from there and does it for you, so you don't have to be there - at all.
Step 2: Players Register and Shfflr Then Organises Them Automatically
Club members register for your Events. And if an Event is full, they are automatically added to a Waitlist and, if slots become available, Shfflr automatically adds and notifies them in the order in which they signed-up. Messages can be sent between organisers and participants, as well as between participants.
Step 3: Shfflr's Smart Algorithm Shuffles & Notifies Players in Real Time
Players confirm their participation for an Event and are automatically organised for the Event's Sessions and shuffled around using our smart shuffling logic. During the Sessions, they're sent audible in-app reminders & notifications about the key details of when & where they're playing and who with & against.
